How an Online Support Group can help you

Many people confronted with a cancer diagnosis say they feel isolated when trying to cope with often powerful and confusing emotions. Our Online Support Groups are there to connect people going through a similar experience. The groups help people to feel more positive and better able to manage difficult feelings.

Online support groups are a place to share experiences and learn from others. This process can be empowering, enabling people to feel more in control.

All our Online Support Groups are facilitated by a Maggie's Clinical Psychologist who has experience of working with people affected by cancer. Their role is to bring together people in a similar situation and offer them a safe and confidential space to explore their thoughts and emotions.
