We are really interested in what you think of this website and the support you have received from Maggie's Online Centre so please let us know what you think. We value all feedback both good and bad and your views will feed into improving the site for you.

Please use the 'Alert a Moderator' button if there is a conversation, blog entry or content in another member's profile that you think breaks site rules. Please note that using this facility will remove the content from the website until it can be checked by a moderator.

If you are not happy with any aspect of the site please let us know by sending a personal message to the Online Manager. Please include full details so we can investigate your complaint.

We can only respond to you through your Maggie's profile. Please don't put your complaint in a conversation or in your profile as we may not be able to pick it up quickly. We aim to send a response to your personal message inbox within 7 working days.

Please note that we can't discuss any Online Support Group interaction with anyone other than the person directly involved.

If you are not happy with our response and would like to make a formal complaint please reply to the Online Manager with further details and we will escalate the complaint to our nominated Executive Director. We aim to respond to these complaints within 14 working days through your personal message inbox.
