Meet the team

As well as sharing experiences with our friendly online community, registered members are able to contact our experienced online team. The Centre is staffed during office hours and the online team aim to reply within 24 hours.

Psychologists and experts from other Maggie's Centres and partner organisations also facilitate some group and individual sessions.

Managing stress online course

I am trying to avoid mentioning the other C word  before Decemebr however  there are signs appearing in shops and in the media.  It can be  a stressful time of year  particularly when you have cancer or are supporting someone else.

Our next 7 week online course Living with less stress starts on Monday 7th December and will run on Monday evenings  ( 3 before Christmas and 4 in January) The course offeres an opportunity to find out more about and gain confidence in strategies to manage stress. Participants in previous courses have told us it has helped them to feel more in control and less overwhelmed.  You can find out more about the course and how to sign up here or you are welcome to message me.
