As well as sharing experiences with our friendly online community, registered members are able to contact our experienced online team. The Centre is staffed during office hours and the online team aim to reply within 24 hours.

Psychologists and experts from other Maggie's Centres and partner organisations also facilitate some group and individual sessions.

The return to work, busy schedules,hospital appointments (and all they bring) alongside feeling pressure to fulfil new year resolutions  can be especially daunting at this time of year  

Sue has posted a blog today "new year resolutions and stress"  with suggestions  to manage those overwhelming feelings and I wanted to highlight that we are currently taking names for our next living with less stress online course.  This is a series of 7 evening online sessions to help you to identify  and gain confidence in using different techniques to manage stress.  You can find out more about the course  (and our other live  online groups and booked session) and how  to sign up here or you are very welcome to message me  or Sue "susieq" with any questions.
