Steady As She Goes ...

It's now 11 months since finishing radio and my latest PSA is 0.2 (from 0.4 in Feb). Feeling much more positive now, but not counting any chickens yet, as still on HT. I see my oncologist in a couple of weeks, so I may get an update on how much longer I need to be on it. Looks like another 6 months, but could be as much as 18 months!

Hot flushes have been worse for several months now, so I'm going to take advantage of the offer at Maggie's Cheltenham to undergo a free (3rd party) course of acupuncture. I've had good reports from others as to the effectiveness of this.

My polyarthritis is still an issue but, in general, seems to have shown a mild improvement. However, I'm still having issues with my neck. Physio manipulation helped, but since this stopped it seems to be reverting, despite religiously performing the daily exercises. May have to see if I can get a review.
