.... what is around the corner....
Having had a lovely Christmas and New Year (we sent Mum and Dad on a luxury break), life has had a huge turn for the worse and dramatically so. Sylvia is having huge mood swings and is just unwell. It is like something has posessed her and she is not the kind, caring, laidback lady we all know and love.
We cannot believe the deterioration there has been ... this time last week, we had just celebrated New Year and Sylvia was looking forward to her luxurious break .... less than 7 days and she is aggressive, confused, unhappy.... is it normal to have this level of deterioration? I have no idea. It feels like she has fought this awful tumour so far so that she could have those two weeks and now it has taken over.
Cancer is just so evil. I want "it" to die, not for "it" to cause death. We have got to get to grips with this disease.
