Second time round

Hoping this helps....

Not a great day today - started OK with a 'routine' visit to the hospital for a follow up on a clinical trial I was o last time round. But came out and just couldn't stop sobbing - didn't make it into work but came home and had a good cry. Then made myself go to my allotment and felt considerably better after a couple of hours of digging and planting - its always a therapeutic place. Got home to a letter from my GP telling me a small lump I had removed from under my eye the other day was actually a basal cell carcinoma - non invasive, not a worry apparently but floored me again. Hoping tomorrow will be better.
