Welcome! You may have come across Maggie's online community by accident or design. Now you are here, you are welcome to have a look round as a guest to see what we offer.
You can read our blogs without registering but, if you register and become a member of Maggie's online community you will have access to much more.
Registered members are able to post in our conversation forum, blogs and personal journals, and to message our professional team as well as other members.
I have registered – what next?
Once you have registered for an online community it can sometimes seem difficult taking the next step, some suggestions to get you started:
- You could try posting a comment in the conversations to let other members of our online community know you are here.
- You could start by reading through some blogs from Maggie's. There's a whole mix of topics from helping you to manage emotions or side effects to blogs on cancer and healthy eating or benefits and allowances. Visit the blog section
- You may like to have a read through existing conversations and see if someone else has similar experience to you.
- You may choose to join in a conversation, or click on their username, to visit the author's profile to find out more about them, or maybe to send a private message.
If you aren’t sure what to write about, or just don't feel quite ready, perhaps have a read through my “just ask” blog which will help you to know more about who is likely to see your post and what others write about and why you may sometimes choose to send your message privately.
